White Bean Dip and Homemade Pita Chips

This is the fastest appetizer that's both tasty and impressive I've ever made. I made these on one of the first hottest days in May. It's a light, yet filling appetizer that's tasty and pretty healthy in my opinion.

Simply buy a package of thin pitas, a can of white beans, garlic, Lemon, parsley, oregano are all you need and olive oil, salt and pepper. Cut pitas with a pizza cutter, about 3 large pittas, drizzle 4 tbs olive oil over and toss, season with salt and pepper and oregano. Place into 400 degree preheated oven for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile put 1 can white beans drained and rinsed into your food processor along with 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 tbs lemon juice, 2 Cleve minced garlic, and 2 tbs parsley, process till combined, and spoon into a bowl. Serve with hot pita chips immediately.
