Greek pita pizza

This is a quick fix for dinner when I have ground turkey on hand. It's not traditional Greek, I'd say it's just inspired from. It's easy to make, a  nice alternative to taco night.
All you need are flat bread pitas, a packet of Italian dressing mix, shredded cheese, chopped cucumber, lettuce, and sour cream. Simply brown up the ground turkey in a skillet, drain and then add the Italian seasoning packet with 1/4 cup water. Then it's self serve time. Sprinkle the turkey over one pita, top with cheese (melt if you want in microwave) then add a layer of cucumber, side or top with lettuce and a mixture of sour cream and Italian dressing. I have also added grape tomatoes before. You could add a variety of vegetables.
