Irish Soda Bread

It's a tradition to make Irish Soda bread in March. I followed my mother's recipe exactly and my husband and I ate half a loaf just last night. It's so good, make sure you smother it with soft butter. It's so good!

Ingredients
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Sugar
1 1/4 cups Plain yogurt
1 egg Beaten
1 Tbsp Butter melted

Preheat oven 350
Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a medium bowl combine wet ingredients, add to dry ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon, until just combined (don't over mix).
Coat hands with flour. Shape into a round loaf about 6 inches across and 2 1/2 inches tall. Place on un-greased baking sheet.
Bake about 30 minutes, all ovens vary.
